Shipping Policy

At Frontier Farmer, every product is crafted and packed with care. Because many of our goods are made in small batches, please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Small-Batch & Handmade Notice

Because our products are handmade in small batches, occasional restocks or brief delays may occur. If your order will be delayed beyond normal processing time, we will notify you by email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Frontier Farmer is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Frontier Farmer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local carrier office

  3. Reach out to us for assistance

We will do our best to help you locate your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
