Refund & Return Policy

Frontier Farmer

At Frontier Farmer, we take pride in crafting small-batch, handmade goods designed to last. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care items, waxes, oils, and candles), we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used salves, oils, balms, or personal care products

  • Candles that have been burned

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
